As www.sikayettr.com (hereinafter referred to as “ŞikayetTR” or “Platform” in this text), we attach great importance to the protection of the personal data of our users who are members of our platform. This Disclosure Text has been prepared to inform you about your personal data processed within the scope of your membership process and your use of the platform in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“Law” or “KVKK”).

1. Data Controller

In its capacity as the Data Controller, ŞikayetTR processes your membership data in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation within the scope described below.

2. Your Processed Personal Data, Purposes of Processing, and Legal Reasons

If you become a member of ŞikayetTR and use the platform, your following personal data is processed:

• Identity and Contact Data (Name, Surname, E-mail Address, Phone Number): Processed for the purpose of creating your membership registration, verifying your account, providing information regarding your complaint processes, and contacting you.(Legal Reason: Law Art. 5/2-c - It is strictly necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract).
• Complaint and Content Data (Complaint title, complaint content, attached images/texts, profile name and photo): Processed for the purpose of publishing the complaints you have written on the platform, examining them, forwarding them to the relevant companies you have complained about, and carrying out the resolution process. Our site is a "Hosting Provider" in accordance with Law No. 5651, and the legal responsibility for the content you share belongs to you.(Legal Reason: Law Art. 5/2-f - Legitimate interest of the data controller and the data having been made public by the data subject themselves).
• Transaction Security Data (User Login Information, IP Address, Log Records): Processed to ensure the security of your member panel, to prevent unauthorized access, and to fulfill retention obligations arising from the legislation.(Legal Reason: Law Art. 5/2-ç - Legal obligation of the data controller).

3. To Whom and For What Purpose Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred to the following persons within the framework of the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law:

• To the Complained Companies: In order to resolve the complaints you have submitted, your complaint content, profile name, and if necessary for process management, your contact information may be shared with the relevant company.
• To Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations: In case it is requested by judicial or administrative authorities, courts, the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), or law enforcement forces within the scope of a legal process, it may be transferred to fulfill our legal obligations.
• To Service Providers: It may be transferred to our business partners from whom we receive technical infrastructure services such as site hosting, SMS, and e-mail sending, only for the purpose of performing the service.

4. Method of Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically from the membership form, complaint creation screens, and profile settings sections on the platform, by fully or partially automatic methods.

5. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the Law

By applying to ŞikayetTR as the personal data owner; you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information if it has been processed, to request the correction or deletion of the data. You can submit your applications to the address iletisim@sikayettr.com.
