ŞİKAYETTR SAFE AND RESPECTFUL ENVIRONMENT PRINCIPLES
ŞikayetTR is an independent platform aiming for users to share their experiences in the online Digital Platforms, Games of Chance, forex, and finance sectors in a safe, honest, and respectful environment.
1. Share Real Experiences
Only share experiences you have personally lived. Content that is misleading, unfounded, or intentionally contains false information may be removed.
2. Be Respectful
Posts containing insults, profanity, threats, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks are not allowed.
3. Do Not Share Personal Data
Do not share phone numbers, addresses, identity information, bank account details, crypto wallet information, or personal data belonging to third parties.
4. Advertising and Spam are Prohibited
Advertising, promotion, redirection, referral links, fake campaigns, or commercial posts are not published. Our platform can in no way be used as an area to encourage illegal activities or unauthorized games of chance.
5. Repetitive Content
Instead of creating multiple complaints for the same issue, it is recommended to update your existing complaint.
6. Brand Responses
Companies on the platform must communicate with users in a respectful, professional, and solution-oriented manner. Responses containing insults, advertising, or sharing of personal data may be removed.
7. Moderation
ŞikayetTR reserves the right to edit, remove from publication, or restrict the relevant user account for content that it considers contrary to community rules or applicable laws.
8. Legal Responsibility (Law No. 5651)
ŞikayetTR operates as a "Hosting Provider" within the scope of Law No. 5651. All complaints and comments on our site are created by users of their own free will. It is strictly forbidden to encourage illegal activities or unauthorized games of chance through our platform. According to the relevant law, all legal and penal responsibility that may arise from the contents belongs to the user who produced the content.
